There are black people in France
Despite the amount of energy that french media deploys to hide us, black people in France are quite noticable on Paris’ street. In fact it must be some kind of a shock when strangers see how many we are ! Still… French medias won’t just let us be part of their scenery.
Vandalized poster in the employees restroom at the Carrefour Supermarket (where I work) … Someone has pasted the face of a black man on the head of the (white) woman in the middle of the poster thinking that it didn’t rightly represent the supermarket’s employees (In France a great majority of supermarket’s employees are black, arabic and indian people, ). I took this picture before the store manager removes it.
